Who can be a member?

Membership of the Group is currently restricted to those who satisfy the Corporations Law definition of wholesale investor, sophisticated investor, professional investor, institutional investor or a high wealth individual.

Opportunities may arise in the future for the broader community to access these opportunities.

How we can benefit you?

Members of the Group get the opportunity to invest in very rare direct equity investment in High Growth Companies or Unique Property Investment opportunities which have been identified, subjected to extensive due diligence, risk managed, negotiated, properly structured, with pre-defined exit points.
